Challenge 30.5" XT Programmable Paper Cutter

This state-of-the-art paper cutter features a fully programmable digital control, assuring accuracy for cutting even the most complicated jobs quickly and accurately, plus an air cushioned table for easy moving of heavy loads.

Challenge Paper Drill

3-head paper drill with step side guide to permit drilling of multiple holes with weird spacing or additional holes.

Drill bits 3/16" to 3/8".

Round Cornering

Our heavy duty Challenge floor model round cornering machine assures top quality work using any of the four sizes of round cornering blades as shown.  (For comparison, most credit cards use the 1/8" radius blade).
 

Postal Wafer Tabbing

Our high speed tabbing machine quickly applies either 1 or 2 tabs to pieces from 5" to 16" wide and up to a maximum thickness of ⁄8".  Maximum tab size is 1" diameter.

We can collate, stitch, fold, face trim and refold newsletters to 5½" x 8½", then apply the tabs to comply with postal regulations.

Shrink Wrapping

Shrinkmaster L-Sealer with shrink tunnel, 13" x 19" maximum package size. 

Rosback Saddle Stitcher

The ideal machine for the production of short-to-medium length runs of odd-sized or extra thick saddle stitched booklets that can't be stitched automatically on a bookletmaker or large bindery machine.

Produces booklets from 3½" x 5" up to 12" x 15", from 2 sheets up to 3/16" thick (3/8" after folding).
