Round Cornering

Our heavy duty Challenge floor model round cornering machine assures top quality work using any of the four sizes of round cornering blades as shown.  (For comparison, most credit cards use the 1/8" radius blade).
 

Postal Wafer Tabbing

Our high speed tabbing machine quickly applies multiple tabs to pieces from 5" to 16" wide and up to a maximum thickness of 1/8".  We can apply either 1" or 1.5" diameter tabs, on multiple sides of the piece in a single pass.

We can collate, stitch, fold, face trim and refold newsletters to 5½" x 8½", then apply the tabs to comply with postal regulations.

Shrink Wrapping

Our Shrink Wrapping system with Conveyer provides consistent results for each package. Our standard 18" film allows for packages up to 13" x 19" x 3" (L x W x H). Other dimensions are possible; please contact us for details.

Rosback Saddle Stitcher

The ideal machine for the production of short-to-medium length runs of odd-sized or extra thick saddle stitched booklets that can't be stitched automatically on a bookletmaker or large bindery machine.

Produces booklets from 3½" x 5" up to 12" x 15", from 2 sheets up to 3/16" thick (3/8" after folding).

Invoice or Manifold Book Binding

Send us your printed sheets. We stock 150# manila tag in house for wrapping finished books. We are also able to use your covers when alternate weights or finishes are required.

We can score the covers, perforate and number the forms and staple them into finished books, then Drill or shrink wrap if needed.
